About the founder
Throughout Drew Calcagno’s studies, surrounding microeconomics, political economy, and African studies; and his professional work in engineering, technology policy, and scientific research strategy; Calcagno seeks to improve his efforts as an ally, and remembers that such work is never finished.
Endowing this scholarship fund, establishing its board, and mentoring its winners have been ongoing efforts to encourage social progress in our systems.
